The Julian Apartments draw inspiration from history’s great creators –– with floorplans named after Rembrandt, Picasso, Van Gogh, and other renowned artists. Each of its 14 floors offer unique opportunities for creation, collaboration, and play, with design elements like Mondrian-inspired colored windowpanes offering artfully subtle pops of color. At the ground floor lies an open-air gym, an interior courtyard, and The Monroe: one of Orlando’s most exciting new restaurants.
Baker Barrios played a key role in bringing all of Creative Village to life, including the towering Electronic Arts building and UCF/Valencia’s Downtown campuses. The Julian was, in many ways, the centerpiece of this project; for the neighborhood to function as a true village, its creatives needed a place to call home.
Refracted through the Creative Village’s lens, The Julian’s design is future-focused but referential. Progressive but timeless. And from the rooftop pool and terrace to the clubhouse and collaboration area to The Monroe’s grand dining room, The Julian aims to inspire.
